Here at The Revolutionista we are all about challenging beliefs that have become normalized. So in today’s episode, we’re talking about the anti-morning routine.
This particular episode is all about challenging the idealistic routine that has become so ingrained in us by social media to the point where, as an online entrepreneur, we’re almost expected to have this picture-perfect morning.
If you don’t know, this idealistic routine includes waking up late, rolling out of bed without touching your phone, making beautiful gluten-free, vegan, locally sourced breakfast, and then spending the next hour or two meditating and journaling and doing probably like 10 other things.
Except… who has time for that?!?!
We believe in a morning routine that can work for real people because not everyone has an extraordinary amount of time on their hands. We believe that you should create what works for you! Morning, afternoon, evening routine, hell, even if all you’ve got is just 5 minutes to squeeze something in-between work tasks. Having a routine can be beneficial but it’s not one size fits all.
So we created this episode for those of you who are busy! Whether you are side hustling while having your 9-5, you have kids, you have multiple businesses, if your time is crunched this is the routine episode you need to listen to.
In this episode, we cover the benefits of having a routine, our personal routines, and quite a few tips for creating a routine that actually works for you.
